Taylor Pearson
Director and Dance Educator
Taylor Pearson is excited to bring her passion for the arts and education to Encinitas. She has received degrees in Dance, Early Childhood Education, and a Master's in Mental Health Therapy in Schools. After graduating, Taylor moved to California and served two years with Americorps. Taylor has had the chance to work in a variety of educational settings such as academic classrooms, summer camps, and non - profits.
She champions child-centered learning, drawing from experience in non-profits, Reggio Emilia, and other academic settings to nurture creativity and social-emotional development in children.
Parker Hill
Theater Educator
Parker Hill is an Actor, Puppeteer and Educator who has recently moved to San Diego. He has his Bachelor’s of Arts in Theatre Performance from the University of North Texas as well as additional formal training in voice acting, clowning and puppetry. Parker has recently been seen in the Dallas regional premiere of The Sound Inside, and as a Velociraptor in the Jurassic World Exhibition Tour.
In education, Parker has worked as a Teaching Artist at his alma-mater, private acting and audition coach, and as a Teacher at Drama Kids International.
Hannah Notsch
Film Educator
Hi! My name is Hannah Notsch, and I will be teaching the Film class. I graduated from SDSU with a BS in Television, Film, and New Media with an emphasis in Production Summa Cum Laude. I love all aspects of film production, but specifically I love production design, directing, and editing! At SDSU I have written, directed, and edited several short films.

I have assisted at a children’s film camp at Digital Gym Cinema, and am so excited to be teaching kids film at The Young Innovators Collective!
